Scenario:
Company have different level of EPF rate for employees. For example, 11%/12%, 8%/12%. How to change in the system?
Suggested solution:
1. Go to Housekeeping > Setup > Government Tables
2. Change the EPF rate.
3. Go to Personnel > Add/Update Employees > Look for the staff > Govern tab. Look for EPF section and change the highlighted Table to the right table with the new EPF rate.
