SUBJECT: THE ISSUE ON THE NUMERIC FORMAT ERROR

Below are the solving steps:


STEP 1: Open “Control Panel” and change “View by” to “Category”. Then click on “Clock, Language, and Region”.



STEP 2: Click on “Region and Language



STEP 3: The “Region and Language” GUI display, at the “Format” Tab, click on “Additional settings...



STEP 4: At the “Numbers” Tab:

  1. Check for “Decimal symbol”  Set it to Dot(.)
  2. For “Digit grouping symbol” Set to Comma(,).
  3. Check on “List separator”, set to the Comma(,).

Once done step 4, click on the “Reset” button to restore as system default setting.



STEP 5: At “Currency” Tab:

  1. Check for “Decimal symbol” set to Dot(.),
  2. For “Digit grouping symbol” set to Comma(,).

Once you are done with step 5, click on the “Reset” button to restore as system default setting.



STEP 6: Click “Apply” Button to apply the changes done, then Click on “OK” Button to save the changes made.

Once you are done with step 6, you need to “RESTART” your server to activate the changes made.


STEP 7: Now you can open back the Sage 50 system and see the changes in report as the screenshot below:
