Sales or Tax Invoice is a document containing certain information about the supply that has been made.
Scenario:
Ask4key Sdn Bhd sold 5 units of computers to Aman Enterprise. The amount of each computer is RM 1,500.00.
On 13 March 2016 Ask4Key Sdn Bhd, issue the tax invoice to Aman Enterprise.
How to record Sales Invoice ( Tax Invoice ) via sage one?
The steps are:
1. You may go to Customer > Transaction > Customer Tax Invoice.
2. Click on button Add Tax Invoice to add tax invoice into your system.
3.When you create new Tax Invoice you may also link with your quotation that you have per-created (if any).
4. Once done key in information as above. Click button save to save your Tax Invoice.
5. To print preview your tax invoice you may click at the Print Preview. Then you can see your tax invoice shows.
