Scenario:
Ask4key Sdn Bhd is a company supplying computers. Aman Enterprise is one the customer who wish to buy 5 units of computer from Ask4Key Sdn Bhd . So they request quotation from Ask4key Sdn Bhd to know how much the price per unit.
How to record the quotation?
Kindly, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Customers > Transactions > Customer Quotes.
2. To create new quote click on button ' Add Quote '.
3. Key in information below :
a) Customer Details such as :-
- Customer Name.
- Tax Reference.
b) Quote Details ;-
- Document No.
- Customer Reference.
- Date.
c) Use quote details.
4. Once done, click on save button.
5. If you want to print and preview the quote, you may click at Print Preview and the quote will be generated.
