Question: How to insert extra description for every item line?
Suggested solution:
1. For short description, you may put it at the remarks as below.
2. For long extra description, you may use Comments as below
3. Tick on comment and you may key in the description in the space provided. If you have previously do maintenance on any of these three; update from material, update from item file maintenance or update from comment maintenance, you may tick the relevant options.
4. This is how it will appear in print preview.
