1. Go to Control Panel > Periodic Taks > Backup
2. Click on Next button . Select the company you would like to backup and click on ( ... ) button and choose the file location .
( Select Desktop to make much more easier to locate the backup file.)
3. Wait for a while before the progress is done.
4. Click on Open Folder to locate your backup database. Done!
